8 Anti-Aging DIY Kiwi Face Masks
Kiwi fruit for Skin care
Kiwi is rich in vitamin C, which is important for collagen synthesis, thus helps in skin rejuvenation. Kiwi also contains a generous amount of alpha-hydroxy acids, which exfoliate, nourish and brighten skin, minimize the appearance of wrinkles.

Skin Rejuvenating and Nourishing Homemade Treatment
Peel and mash one kiwi fruit in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add one teaspoon yogurt and one teaspoon olive oil. Mix well and apply the mask on your face for 15 minutes.
Beautify Your Skin
Soak a few almonds in milk for 8-10 hours to soften. Make a smooth paste, not too runny, of the almonds and some milk. Add a mashed kiwi and apply the mask for 15-20 minutes. The vitamins E and C and the proteins will make your complexion radiant.
Kiwi & Honey for Loose Skin
Peel and mash a kiwi, and 1 tablespoon honey. Apply to face and leave it for at least 15-20 minutes. This mask combines the anti-aging properties of the two ingredients to slow the aging process.
Kiwi & Lemon for Oily Skin & Large Pores
Make a paste of one kiwi and a few drops of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Apply to clean face for 10 minutes.
Cleaning/Peeling Kiwi Mask
Peel one kiwi and mash it. Just apply a thick layer to your skin and leave for 15-20 minutes. During the procedure is possible to feel tingling on the skin, this is the organic acids peeling action.
Pampering DIY Face Mask
Add to one mashed kiwi ½ teaspoon apricot kernel oil. Apply to clean face and leave for 15-20 minutes. Apricot kernel oil is used in anti-aging cosmetics.
Mask with Kiwi & Poppy Seed
Mix one mashed kiwi with 1 tablespoon poppy seed. Apply the mask with light massaging movements and leave for 10-15 minutes. This treatment calms and loads the skin with vitamins and minerals; gently lightens the complexion. Suitable for all skin types.
Face Scrub for Dry Skin
To one mashed kiwi add one teaspoon honey, a tablespoon of orange juice, a few drops of your favorite natural oil, one tablespoon cream and 1 teaspoon almonds, milled in a coffee mill. Massage your face gently for 5 minutes with this mixture.
For all the above homemade face treatments – wash off with lukewarm water and hydrate as usual.
